New for 2011: The Catalina 22 GRIN
Circuit (“Great Racing In the North”)
(Download in Adobe®
PDF Format)
The
members of the Catalina 22 Class would like to encourage all Catalina 22 sailors
at our Club to participate in the new racing circuit - the
GRIN (Great Racing
In the
North). The GRIN Circuit is intended to encourage greater
Catalina 22 participation at regattas throughout the states of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and
Wisconsin.
You
will have the opportunity to represent our Club at regattas hosted by other
sailing clubs within the region. The sailing venues are diverse and include
opportunities to sail on the Great Lakes to
small inland reservoirs. You will make many new friends and have a great time
sailing while learning from others how to make your Catalina 22 more competitive
when racing in Club races and regattas.
